Director of Total Rewards

We are seeking a Director of Total Rewards to lead the development and implementation of our compensation and benefits programs. As a total rewards expert, you will be responsible for designing strategies that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of compensation data management, interpretation, and analytics. You will work closely with senior leadership and the HR team to develop and implement total rewards programs that meet business needs and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies (compensation, benefits, wellness, and rewards) that deliver attractive, cost-effective, and competitive compensation and benefits programs to all employees.
  • Partner with senior leadership and the HR team to align total rewards programs with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance to HR and management on salary structure, pay decisions, policy, guidelines interpretation, and job evaluations.
  • Lead annual compensation planning exercise (merit, market adjustments), promotions, bonus, and equity review processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Proven fluency in compensation data management, interpretation, and analytics.
  • Strong operational knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data configuration, formulas, etc.).
