What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Clerk position at Exemplis?
Shift : Mon-Fri 6am-2 : 30pm.
The Receiving Clerk is responsible for following accurate processes of receiving documents. This person will be checking inventory control and adjustments, cycle counts and replenishing reports.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions :
- Data entry.
- Responsible of recording data of deliveries on daily basis.
- Manage Vendor Own Inventory (VOI) accurate and efficiently - Maintain a FIFO consumption system.
- Take care of Cycle counts and audits.
- Run build of material investigations (BOM).
- Inventory discrepancy adjustments / transfers.
- Keep mobile devices controlled (Scanners) user’s transactions tracking, etc.
- Willingness to work over time if required.
