Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Mid Level UI / UX Designer with experience or interest in the health insurance industry. As part of our ExeQut team, you will create intuitive and user-friendly designs for health insurance platform, ensuring that customers, providers, and internal teams have seamless experiences. Your designs will play a critical role in helping users understand complex insurance products, manage policies, and navigate claims with ease.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and insurance professionals to understand user needs and the intricacies of health insurance workflows.
• Design user interfaces for web, focusing on improving user experience for policyholders, agents, and customer service representatives.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into customer pain points and behavior in the health insurance sector.
• Create mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from insurance professionals and holders.
• Simplify complex health insurance terms, claims processes, and policy information through clear, intuitive UI design.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are compliant with health insurance industry regulations.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
