The Guest Experience and Sales Associate role is the most crucial role at each location. You must be able to embrace and excel at connecting the guests with all there is to offer at exhale (boutique, mind body and spa offerings) by exemplifying and manifesting exhale’s transformational core values and leading by example.
Qualifications
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Schedule spa therapies and class appointments using the spa booking software, monitor class wait lists, optimize spa booking availability, adhere to booking procedures, and follow standard operational procedures as noted in the communications book.
