Position Summary
The Nail Technician is responsible for administering exhale signature nail treatments, according to standard operating procedures. In addition, they are responsible for learning specialty services, as requested by management. The exhale Nail Technician is required to build a repeat clientele, and actively participate in retail sales.
Position Requirements
- Administer all scheduled nail care and related services, according to standard operating procedures.
- Generate sales and revenue by recommending and/or up-selling Exhale products and services.
- Deliver follow-up to each client and encourage other exhale services and experiences.
- Continue ongoing education in nail care practices.
- Adhere to all corporate, departmental and spa operational policies and procedures.
- Respond to guest questions and associate concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Deliver a high level of guest rapport and service.
- Adhere to company guidelines and core values.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to internal guests.
- Play an active and hands on role in support the overall units Cleaning and Sanitation procedures.
Education and/or Skills Required
- Nail Care license, as required by state and/or county law.
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a professional spa salon or nail care environment.
- Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player.
- Display good organizational and verbal skills.
