Role Description
We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team and take the reins on new business development and client relationship management. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle sales—from prospecting and nurturing leads to closing deals and providing post-sale support.

- Experience in trade shows and exhibit sales a MUST

- Experience with CRM software is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, closing, and post-sale follow-through
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and brand story
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop exhibit solutions that deliver ROI
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and client-ready documents with precision and persuasion
- Follow up on quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely invoicing and payment
- Use CRM tools to track activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
- Attend industry events and trade shows as a brand ambassador for EXHIB-IT!
- Support existing clients with high-touch service to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting during weekly team check-ins
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
- 3 years of sales experience in the trade show, exhibit, or event marketing industry (required)
- A natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proven success in B2B sales with a focus on consultative selling
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM tools (we use Zoho—bonus if you do too!)
- The flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-first environment
