Position : Director of SalesResponsibilities :
- Lead and Motivate : Inspire and manage the sales team to improve customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Strategic Planning : Design and implement strategic sales plans to reach annual sales goals.
- Client Relationships : Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Sales Objectives : Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Reporting : Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to inform upper management of progress.
- Customer Understanding : Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Market Analysis : Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to set competitive selling prices.
