About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our growing team. As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of custom trade show exhibits, corporate environments and event spaces from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, client management, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver world-class exhibits that meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including design, fabrication, account management, and logistics.
• Oversee and manage Exhibition booth design with the design, production, on site installation and management team.
• Take responsibility for the production and execution of any project from initial concept to client delivery.
• Oversee the development and delivery of client content and messaging.
• Take ownership of budgetary financial management.
• Liaison with suppliers (AV, ordering Show Services), venues and internal stakeholders.
• Hold a key role in client liaison and communications, being responsible for own account.
• Liaising with designers, suppliers / contractors to ensure our live meetings and/or exhibitions are delivered to a high standard.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Required Skills:

• 3 years' experience in the exhibit/events industry
• MS Office Suite Proficiency
• Proactive organized and methodical working practice
• Ability to translate design concepts to buildable structures while maintaining the design intent.
• Can prove experience in delivering large projects on time and budget
• Experience with CRM and Project Management software
• Strong knowledge of exhibit construction and materials
• Experienced working in and leading project teams
• Commercially astute, produce and manage own budgets, good supplier negotiation skills
• Strong client communication and service skills/relationship building skills
• Solutions focused
• Able and willing to work to standard office hours in all US time zones
• Ability to travel
