Exhibition Hub Holdings, LLC is a curator, producer, and distributor of large-scale exhibitions worldwide. We provide “edutainment” experiences, with touring exhibitions of animatronic dinosaurs, Titanic artifacts, immersive digital art featuring the works of Van Gogh, Monet, Klimt, and Banksy, and the interactive, multi-sensory Bubble Planet. We have produced over 70 exhibitions globally, attracting over 6 million visitors.
Reporting to the Director of US Operations, the General Manager leads a team of salaried and part-time staff to provide our guests with best-in-class experiences and exceptional customer service. The General Manager drives a culture of consistently exceeding guest expectations while prioritizing guest and staff safety, employee engagement, and empowerment.
The General Manager manages the location’s budget and has full P&L responsibility. Using a data-driven approach, the General Manager makes recommendations to Operations leadership on opportunities to improve the guest experience and drive additional revenue. The General Manager actively seeks promotional and other partnerships with local businesses and organizations and serves as the first point of contact with local government officials.
Successful candidates will be dedicated to the development and growth of their staff, ensuring a pipeline of qualified exhibition managers to meet the needs of Exhibition Hub’s growth plans.

Given the nature of our exhibitions, candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday hours as needed. Successful candidates will thrive in an ever-changing work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Assistant General Manager in staff recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Manage the exhibition’s budget and have ownership of the location’s P&L.
- Approve and process payroll accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Work with other location General Managers, the Director of US Operations, and the central Ops support team to revise established policies and procedures, train venue staff, and hold staff accountable for adherence to policies and procedures.
- Lead the team in creating a culture of safety and following established Health, Safety, and Security protocols.
- Work with the business development team to drive the growth of location-specific events and recommend event programming, ticket price, and venue operating hours modifications as needed to maximize revenue and control expenses while maintaining a best-in-class guest experience.
- Ensure the exhibition and venue are well maintained and cleaned per established protocols.
- Represent Exhibition Hub and our partners in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take the initiative to take on and/or assign other duties as required to ensure the smooth and profitable management of the exhibition.
- Through a servant leadership approach, inspire and engage your team, ensuring they have the tools, training, and encouragement to be successful.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- At least five years of customer service experience.
- At least three years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in a position working with large crowds and/or a busy customer service environment.
- Experience engaging and motivating a team in a fast-paced and busy customer service environment.
- Budgeting and financial management experience. Ability to read and understand a P&L and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
- Experience interviewing, hiring, and training staff and conducting performance reviews.
- Retail, leisure, or tourism experience a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- The ability to read, understand, and fluently speak English.
- Bilingual and multilingual staff are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus!
- Public speaking experience preferred.
- Experience with ticketing and POS systems and proficiency with Microsoft or Google Office software.
- Physical ability to move throughout the venue and maneuver boxes up to 40 lbs.
