Exhibition Hub Holdings, LLC is a curator, producer, and distributor of large-scale exhibitions worldwide. We provide “edutainment” experiences, with touring exhibitions of animatronic dinosaurs, Titanic artifacts, immersive digital art featuring the works of Van Gogh, Monet, Klimt, and Banksy, and the interactive, multi-sensory Bubble Planet. We have produced over 70 exhibitions globally, attracting over 6 million visitors.
The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for providing a first-class experience for our visitors with exceptional customer service. Reports directly to the General Manager. Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by working with the General Manager and managing staff to welcome and attend to guests, safely, and respectfully. Includes weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.
Candidates should be dedicated to providing guests of all ages and backgrounds with a memorable experience and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Given the nature of our exhibitions, specific job duties may change over time. Successful candidates will enjoy a flexible and ever-changing work environment while continuously being challenged to learn new aspects of managing our exhibitions and growing their skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the exhibit at key points including box office, VR, and retail
- Handle cash with accuracy and consistency
- Follow all procedures for promotional activities
- Stand and/or walk for the majority of the shift
- Answer visitor queries and/or complaints
- Adhere to, and monitoring staff and visitors’ adherence to, all Covid safety procedures, including cleanliness at the point of sale
- Promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service
- Represent Exhibition Hub publicly and the venue in a prepared and professional manner
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality
- Undertake any other duties which may be reasonably requested to ensure the smooth running of the venue
- Hold staff accountable for their responsibilities and expectations.
- Assist in trouble shooting various exhibit equipment
- Assist in load in/load out tasks
- Assist in inventory audit tasks
Education and/or Work Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prefer retail experience
- Prefer minimum of 1yrs management experience
- Manage cash accurately
- Knowledgeable of safety compliance
- Venue, leisure, or retail experience in a role of responsibility
Skills & Abilities:
- The ability to read, speak and effectively understand the English language
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Must possess above average communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and understand exhibit content to be able to answer general guest queries
- Be available to work flexible hours on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Safety conscious
- A general knowledge and/or enthusiasm for the arts
- A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Pay: $18.00 per hour
