Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Coordinator to join our team in Woburn, MA. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing client accounts, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers administratively
- Prepare show orders, label packets, supervisor packets, show summaries
- Order show services and vendor coordination when required
- Coordinate with Logistics staff to ensure proper shipments
- Perform show reconciliations and prepare appropriate costing reports
- Communicate daily with account teams on task progress and situational updates
- Perform closing duties to ensure proper data management in EMS
- Input expense reports in a timely manner
- Input time worked into EMS in a timely manner
- Special projects as requested from the Director of Client Services on an as needed basis
- Complete training in a timely manner
Job requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
