Overview
Stryten Energy produces plastic components for car batteries and have a stable and growing customer base. As an essential business we continue to thrive during this economic downturn, and we are expanding our teams.
This is a 1st shift position (Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting including but not limited to machine vision systems, ultrasonic welding equipment, automation equipment, hot plate weld assembly, pressure decay testing, high voltage dielectric testing and hydraulic / electric molding machines.
- Take ownership of the automation aspects of our processes.
- Work closely with plastic process engineers to identify problems, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding machine.
- Increase production speed at the current quality requirements and uptime.
- Program changes as required by continuing improvement and new product systems implementation.
- Validate equipment calibration procedures.
- Update and Develop equipment calibration procedures.
- Update and create electrical drawings as required.
- Follow all Environmental, Health & safety as they apply to facilities & work area.
- Understand and follow the required safety guidelines such as lockout / tag out use of PPE.
