What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Dedicated Home Weekends - 1700-2300/WK Full Benefits position at Exile TR?
Class A drivers with 3 months of verifiable Class A experience (can be local, regional or OTR-(Yard Jockey, time with trainer or at driving school do not count) – neither does any Class B experience) get home weekends earning and average of $1700-$2300/WK
- Drivers will make deliveries to stores by placing boxes on conveyor belt. Drivers do not go into store and there is no merchandising. Store personnel take items off conveyor belt and put them into inventory
- Drivers are paid mileage pay ranging from .50CPM -.69CPM based on experience, $25/Stop (average trailer has 3 stops) and $245/Trailer unload. Drivers will average 3 trailers a week and run AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV.
- Drivers will make pick up ad DC on Sunday and deliveries are made Monday AM – Friday, so driver will be home on the weekend
- There is a $1000 sign on bonus ($500 after first load and $500 after 30 days)
- Full benefits including health, dental, PTO, vision, and 401K start after 30 days.
- Drivers may have a rider and a pet from day one although they MAY NOT ride with driver while the train on the account
- Drivers are trained $150/Day and will train for 3-6 days on the account and then run on their own
HIRING AREA INCLUDES COLUMBUS, OH; CINCINNATI, OH; LEXINGTON, KY; LOUISVILLE, KY, NASVHILLE, TN; KNOXVILLE, TN; CHATTANOOGA, TN AND DOWN TO ATLANTA. ALSO INCLUDES 50 MILES AROUND BIRMINGHAM, AL IN WV MUST LIVE NW OF CHARLESTON
DRIVERS CAN NOT HAVE EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST EVER IN THEIR CAREER.
- Drivers must have 3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years.
- CAN NOT HAVE BEEN TERMINATED FROM YOUR LAST JOB FOR ANY SAFETY REASON. IF YOU HAVE BEEN TERMINATED FOR A SAFETY REASON YOU MUST RUN WITH ANOTHER CARRIER FOR SIX MONTHS
- No more than one DOT Preventable Accident in the last three years and no more than three accidents/ incidents during that time
- No major moving violations in the last year and can not have more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Can not have.
o 6 jobs in the last 2 years
o 8 jobs in the last 3 years
