What We Offer:
- Top Earnings:
o Earn up to $0.62 CPM with performance bonuses:
9,000 miles/month: Add $0.03 CPM
10,000 miles/month: Add $0.06 CPM
11,000 miles/month: Add $0.09 CPM
o Extra pay for Northeast loads: $0.25 CPM on all miles (PA, DE, and further north).
o NYC/Long Island bonus: $125/load (No forced dispatch).
Consistent Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,00 depending on miles and routes.
- Steady Freight: No-touch, 65% drop-and-hook, primarily customer loads (minimal broker freight).
- Home Time: Be home every week, and take your truck and trailer with you (must have space for both).

Paid vacation based on your 52-week average earnings.

Rider policy: Riders allowed after 30 days.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 year Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years (or 2 years in the last 5 years).
- Driving Record:
No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
DUI must be over 8 years old (lifetime limit of 1; none in CMVs).
- Drug Test History: No failed or refused DOT drug tests (ever).
- Employment History: No more than 2 jobs in the last 12 months, or 4 in the last 3 years.
- Safety: No safety-related terminations in your most recent job.
Salary : $100 - $1,300
