Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized office calendar.
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and proofreading real estate documents.
- Handle client and agent inquiries with excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk and common office areas.
- Support office staff and real estate agents with administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in preparing documents, listings, and marketing materials.
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in data entry, with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
