Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and managing office supplies.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, both physical and digital.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Provide support in medical office management if applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, welcoming visitors and providing necessary information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong budgeting skills with an understanding of financial processes.
- Experience with payroll systems is a plus.
- Proficient in filing systems and document management practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with medical office management is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
