Learning & Advancement

Learn the fast-paced electronics industry from a company that has been doing it for 30 years. Opportunities for advancement are available. However, expect to be in this position for at least 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing:
• Pick and pack products according to customer orders and shipping instructions.
• Verify items are accurately selected and packaged, ensuring the correct quantity, size, and specifications.
• Shipping and Labeling:
• Prepare shipping labels, documents, and invoices in accordance with order requirements.
• Ensure the correct carrier and shipping method are selected for each order.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and stock levels.
• Assist in inventory checks and stock organization within the warehouse.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect products for damage before shipping, reporting any defects or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper packaging standards are met to prevent product damage during transit.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Work with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient flow of goods and timely shipping.
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff, logistics teams, and customer service departments.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including proper storage of products and materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with possible exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for long periods of time.

Job and Benefits

• Pay Rate: Starting at $22/hr

· Type: Full-Time: 40 hours per week with occasional overtime

• Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday
• 401(k) savings opportunity after one year of employment
• Two weeks of paid vacation days after one year of employment
• Paid holidays after 90 days
• Monthly incentive bonus after 90 days
