Your Role: The Architect of Growth
Sales Mastery:
Identify high-value customer organizations and map potential buyers to our cutting-edge services that include Clinical Solutions, BPO and Technology Enabled Solutions for strategic payer accounts.
Develop targeted sales plans for priority accounts and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
Drive lead generation through innovative channels, from captivating marketing initiatives to personalized outreach campaigns.
Strategic Partnership Building:
Cultivate trusted partnerships at all levels, from the C-Suite to operational influencers.
Qualify opportunities and transform clients' strategic needs into bespoke EXL solutions.

Presentation Excellence:
Tailor engaging content for sales presentations that resonate with client objectives.
Deliver compelling sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the unparalleled value of our solutions.

Relationship Management:
Proactively steer the sales process, swiftly responding to client requests.

Skills & Experience that Set You Apart:
Proven expertise in unlocking multimillion-dollar accounts and introducing transformative Clinical Solutions, BPO and Technology Enabled Solutions in the Payer Organizations including Government Funded Programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
In-depth functional knowledge within the healthcare industry, establishing connections with Payer executive stakeholders based on their unique pain points.
Robust consultative sales process and operations skills, encompassing pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting.
Strategic mindset, fostering a consultative and solution-oriented sales environment.
A thought leader in the rapidly evolving healthcare provider market.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multicultural, global environment.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Masters degree a plus.
5 years of experience in solution-consultative sales and account management.
5 years of experience selling into Healthcare Payer Organizations including Government Funded Programs such as Medicare and Medicaid.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
