Job Description:
Experienced Business Analyst specializing in Life and Annuities (L&A) insurance, with expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, AI-driven documentation tools, and training methodologies. Responsible for creating and maintaining LifePRO™ product documentation in alignment with EXL standards and branding. Lead client-based and internal training sessions, both onsite and virtual. Support designated clients by analyzing and addressing issues related to their Upgrade or Support needs. This blended role encompasses documentation and training responsibilities while overseeing and governing a specific client program for the LifePRO™ product.
Key Responsibilities:
Training on Responsible AI Framework: The role requires gaining familiarity with EXL's Responsible AI Framework. This includes understanding the importance of governance for responsible AI and navigating through the framework.
AI Integration in Documentation: The candidate should be able to incorporate AI tools and techniques into the documentation process. This might involve using AI to automate parts of the documentation or training processes, such as generating reports or analyzing data.
AI Trainer Role: Responsible for developing ethical AI systems, which includes tasks like data labeling, model training, and ensuring AI models are accurate and unbiased. This role often involves working on various projects, providing feedback, and continuously improving AI models.
Intelligent Automation: The role may also involve participating in intelligent process automation activities, such as requirements gathering, process improvement, and business process documentation.
Ability to Communicate effectively: The role involves communication with several clients to assist with their LifePRO Product request alongside governing their Upgrade to the newer version of the system. Familiar with technical processes such as API, REST Services, system integrations is a must
Create test cases for use in Quality Assurance testing.
Replicate scenarios for proof of concept to uncover system functionality gaps.
Support Development and Quality Assurance efforts as needed.
Perform Quality Assurance testing for modifications as needed.
Recreate incidents for debugging efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
5-8 years of Business Analysis experience.
5 to 8 years of experience in creating documentation and/or training.
Proven experience in facilitating training sessions with multiple associates.
Experience in training and mentoring less experienced team members.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Proficiency with Windows-based applications, especially Microsoft Word, Adobe PRO, FrameMaker, Co-Pilot, and Microsoft Suite.
Basic understanding of Remedy Force and ServiceNow.
AI experience is highly desired.
Experience with product-based companies is highly desired.
Understanding of technical processes such as APIs, REST Services, System Integrations and Microservices.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to influence senior management level project sponsors and stakeholders
Preferred Qualification:
Knowledge of the LifePRO™ product and domain is highly preferred.
LOMA Certification preferred
Familiarity with AI-related tools and platforms, such as Co-Pilot, is highly desired. This includes understanding how to leverage these tools to enhance documentation and training materials.
Familiarity with Life, Health, Deferred and Immediate Annuity products, and Product & Rider Features.
Knowledge of insurance industry standards and correspondence.
Ability to design and create documentation for LifePRO™ releases and client reference materials.
Ability to communicate with external clients to support their issues and upgrade related needs to the new LifePRO product.
Capability to design and create training documentation for client training
Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
