Your Impactful Responsibilities:
Empower Client Partnerships
Manage key clients collaboratively, working with Operations and Service Line General Managers to exceed target annual revenue goals.
Foster client satisfaction through strategic partnerships, driving the growth of existing services, and cross-selling additional products and services.
Strategic Account Ownership
Develop an in-depth understanding of client accounts, existing or new, and prioritize client business priorities.
Identify and map all relevant buying centers in the target account(s), ensuring a comprehensive approach to client engagement.
Own the competitive landscape within client accounts, shaping plans for EXL to stay ahead.
Deal Origination Excellence
Emphasize individual deal origination, across large and small deals, RFX, and proactive channels, maintaining a balanced pipeline.
Always be informed about your pipeline and win targets on a quarterly and full-year basis.
Collaborative Team Leadership:
Become the deal quarterback post-deal origination, collaborating with EXL teams to shape business cases and craft compelling value propositions.
Maintain a cadence for internal updates with the BU management team, promoting transparency and collaboration.
Drive communication and collaboration among EXL delivery leaders engaged in the account.
Client Satisfaction Mastery
Ensure high client participation in the CSAT process and aim for exceptional NPS scores.
Track client alumni movement into other organizations and leverage these connections for pipeline growth.
Account Maintenance and Expansion
Set up and lead regular Monthly and Quarterly Business Review meetings with clients.
Work with internal groups to prepare material for regular meetings, keeping key business leaders at clients informed of high-level progress and challenges.
Collaborate with Operations for key clients to ensure overall client health and satisfaction.
Experience To Be Successful
Bring at least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., payer, provider).
Demonstrate a very strong understanding of at least one of the three healthcare practice areas (Clinical services/digital ops/D&A), with the ability to solution a deal in that chosen area.
Showcase high familiarity with digital practice and solutions, including articulating Gen AI use cases.
Possess state and federal government program experience, such as TriCare, VA Community Care Network, Medicaid, and Medicare.
Proven track record of personally originating new opportunities within large, complex client organizations.
Experience in selling analytics, payments, and/or BPO solutions to health plans and/or providers.
Exhibit a strong appreciation for various delivery models, including analytics, software, and platform-enabled services models.
Constantly upskill and stay updated on healthcare industry trends and digital advancements.
Excel in communication, presentation, and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to interact at all levels within a client, including CXO level.
This position requires US Citizenship status.
Due to the nature of this work, the ability to obtain a Security Clearance is required. Active DOD Security Clearance is preferred.
