Senior Assistant Vice President Sales - Healthcare Payer Product Solutions

EXL is seeking a SeniorAssistant Vice President with a proven track record in Healthcare Payer Solutions. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by leading strategic account management efforts and delivering tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
The ideal candidate for the SAVP role will have experience in Health Insurance Payer operations, including Payment Integrity Services, Call / Contact Centers, Clinical Operations (Care Management), and / or Digital Accelerators including AI, Analytics and data modernization. They will demonstrate expertise in connecting Payer needs to relevant Payer solutions, connecting several capabilities / solutions that result in larger more strategic transformations, strong curiosity and ability to challenge the status quo with creative solutioning, and achieving performance goals including personal financial quotas with a proven history of quota achievement. The candidate should excel in building client relationships, including at the executive level, and have a proven track record of opening new business opportunities.
