Job Description:
The Vice President at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY, will plan, direct and coordinate data solutions services to senior business leaders in the insurance data and analytics domain. Assist clients to define and develop their data and AI roadmap, detailing the transformation initiatives and operating models. Conduct sessions to understand client needs to deliver recommendations. Collaborate with client and EXL team to establish relationship with stakeholders, identify new opportunities and potential areas of growth. Develop business proposals, facilitate client working sessions, team up with technology or third-party teams to conduct solution exercises based on client needs. Participate and own new RFPs, work with Subject Matter Experts to research and develop technical and business case studies. Provide project, client and team management. Monitor progress of deliverables on daily basis and ensure timely resolution of any issues. Provide technical direction to project team members across data modeling, data manipulation, visualization, predictive modeling, reporting and automation projects across Insurance value chain. Ensure industry best practices are followed. Communicate and follow up with delivery team. Conduct diagnosis of inefficiencies in current process and develop resolutions. Brainstorm pain areas and identify reasons for issues and issue resolution. Encourage and motivate team members motivated to develop innovative solutions. Establish industry standard framework for absorbing the latest industry developments. Perform research and provide solutions for business needs from clients across insurance value chain. Telecommuting Permitted. Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
Job Requirements:
Requires Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronics engineering, analytics, information systems, computer science or an IT related field plus three (3) years of experience in Computer and Information Systems Manager or a related occupation. Must have three (3) years of experience with each of the following: Execution of consulting engagements for data management, analytics, artificial intelligence and project delivery ; Deploying data solutions on Cloud, analytics, and business intelligence solutions ; Implementation of DataOps, including advanced data modelling and management techniques ; Working on dual shore engagements; Managing Insurance Analytics Centers of Excellence for client programs ; Analytics value chain and delivery of BI, automation, and predictive modelling assignments ; AWS cloud services, modern data architecture, governance, and practices; and ; Client management. Employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of experience in Computer and Information Systems Manager or a related occupation in lieu of a Master’s degree plus three (3) year of experience in Computer and Information Systems Manager or a related occupation.
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm, Salary range: $256,000 to $275,000 per year.
