Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Partnerships: Identify and establish third-party partnerships for field operations, including outreach, communication, follow-ups, and qualification.
- Qualification and Onboarding: Manage all qualification, onboarding, and training processes for third-party partners.
- Contracting and Invoicing: Oversee all contracting and invoicing activities related to third-party partnerships.
- Communication Management: Maintain day-to-day communication with partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Promoting Partnerships: Promote additional partnerships and services, such as subcontractors and new tech services, to enhance quality and productivity.
- Proven experience with procurement of subconsultants, subcontractors, and employees
- 5-8 years in procurement, partnership management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of contracting and invoicing processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with utility locating operations and services.
