Location: Alexandria, Virginia: MUST have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Pay:
- Skill-based pay. Trainee's start out at $16/hr and work their way up to $26/hr when they are proficient at PPF installation.
Job Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of basic detailing procedures i.e. vehicle prep involving 2-STEP paint decontamination, paint touch up and machine polishing
- Must have some automotive experience such as detailing or film application.
- Must be punctual. We are not a business that is flexible with showing up on time.
- Ability to remove / re-install parts prior / post installations. Including, but not limited to, emblems, decals, belt moldings and trim pieces
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Ability to drive and operate high-end vehicles comfortably and safely
- Ability to drive and operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities:
- Apply paint protection film on client vehicles with great precision and care
- Prepare client vehicles for PPF installation which includes, but is not limited to: proper washing, decontamination of the vehicles paint and surfaces as well as R&I necessary for installation
- Prepare vehicle's for other proficient PPF installer's
- Arrive early to prepare work area / materials/ supplies used to install PPF
- Keep and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times ensuring a contamination free and aesthetically pleasing work environment
- Ensure work area is clean before leaving for lunch and before leaving at the end of the day
- Perform quality inspections during and after installation process to ensure quality standards are exceeded to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform duties required as a team player ensuring a cohesive and efficient working environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16-26 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, Mon-Fri. Weekends as needed.
