As the Customer Support Representative, you’ll collaborate with our high-energy, solution-focused team to build a solid foundation in community outreach, customer service, account support, and sales. This is a permanent position at our Corona office location, and we are actively searching for top-tier talent to join our team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily include connecting with customers, providing product and service recommendations based on customer needs, handling and escalating customer concerns or complaints, and keeping detailed records of all customer interactions.
Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered by our clients, and teaming up with fellow Sales Consultants to provide excellent sales service
- Acquire and retain client information and adequate product knowledge by attending daily staff meetings to stay on top of current trends, sales promotions, and industry changes
- Execute proven sales tactics by identifying key decision-makers and determining buying criteria
- Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust
- Exceed sales targets by being able to offer solutions to multiple customer needs with the complete library of products and services offered by our clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory to create repeat business and generate a referral pipeline
Customer Support Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role, account management, or sales position
- Superior critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly
