Responsible For:
The Regional Safety Consultant will provide professional consulting and safety program management services to various customers as it pertains to their Occupational Safety and Health needs. All customer needs are unique and vary greatly based on their operations. You may be requested to assist with OSHA, EPA, DOT or other regulatory requirements. Daily activities may also include policy development, training employees, site inspections, or assisting customers during regulatory inspections. You will be responsible for preparing daily and weekly schedules within the parameters of the client’s contracts.
Job Duties:

Conduct on-site safety and health-based training for workers, supervisors and
company leadership as requested and/or within contractual agreements. -
Responsible for managing allocated client accounts and developing relationships
to identify wider opportunities. - On-site assessments of workplace safety and health compliance, providing recommended improvements as needed. Perform general Industry and Construction workplace safety inspections.
- Capturing all safety related job roles utilizing Exodus HR Group’s KPA flex safety management system.
- Assisting clients with incident investigation to determine route causes and provide recommended corrective actions.
- Management of compliance sites (Avetta, ISNetworld, Veriforce) for allocated clients.
- Develop and implement site specific emergency action plans.
- Develop safety and health training programs to fit the needs of allocated clients.
- Assist clients with complying with annual OSHA recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
- Assisting client’s maintaining compliance with local, state and federal OSHA and other regulatory compliance updates.
Education:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, Environmental Safety management, or related field.
- (5) years of experience in a safety related job role.
Target: (CSP) Certified Safety Professional
Background/Skills:

Willingness to obtain the ability to meet the requirements of an OSHA Outreach
Trainer. -
Ability to communicate effectively with customer employees, managers, and
senior management. - Highly Organized work tasks, schedules, and account information.

Promote Exodus HR Group’s Safety services to continuing clients as well as
creating and prospecting new customers.
It is imperative the Regional Safety Consultant is able to multi-task and remain organized throughout the various allocated client accounts. The regional safety manager must be an initiative-taking and effective communicator, both verbal and written.
Travel Requirements: Minimum 60% regional based travel in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $70,000 – $80,000 annual base depending on experience
