Exodus Truck Mart is an independent dealership specializing in Class 8 trucks and trailers. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our management and sales team with titling, documentation, and operational tasks.
Location: 718 Cottonwood Ln, Dupo, IL 62239
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, complete, and submit paperwork for vehicle purchases, sales, leases, and financing
- Maintain records of office transactions and generate reports for management review
- Process truck and trailer titles, registrations, and DMV documentation; handle mailings as needed
- Track and update inventory across business databases, CRM systems, and reports
- Assist with processing payments, invoices, and necessary accounting paperwork
- Manage requests and coordinate with other dealership locations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Auto or trucking industry experience
- Vehicle title transfer experience preferred
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems
- Confidence to follow up with team members/executives and hold them accountable
- Ability to work with staff across multiple departments and locations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
