Owns technical decisions as both visionary and hands-on doer, solving complex problems and coaching the team.Collaborates with the Product Manager to align technical solutions with business goals and serves as the escalation point for design and development issues .Provides advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business unit owners, IT leaders, project teams, and other support teams.Provides assigned application solutions and set-ups that support the Cummins business processes.Ability to appreciate / understand sales processes from opportunity to order and engage to recommend how best to align the business priorities associated to the technology / development.Conducts analysis of potential solutions; diagrams and documents solutions.Analyzes, evaluates applications and identifies gaps; provides technical direction and recommendations to improve application utilization.Transfers application knowledge to the implementation team.Participates in solution design; experienced in solution modeling.Coaches less experienced team members on solution and documentation methodologies.
