What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Site Project Manager position at EXOS TALENT?
Minimum Requirements:
- BS or MS in the field of Civil Engineering (or other related field)
- Licensed Professional Engineer
Preferred Qualifications:
needs someone with hydraulics/stormwater design experience
- Proficiency with basic AutoCAD design and drafting
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of Civil Site development design
- Review and development of storm water quality and quantity design calculations, and storm technical information reports
- Utility design (i.e. potable water, gravity sewer and pressure sanitary sewer systems, etc.)
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- A team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Understanding of grading and earthwork calculations
- Understanding of construction and bid documents including project specifications
- HEC-RAS Modeling
