Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, building strong relationships, driving business development, and ensuring their staffing needs are met with tailored solutions. You will leverage your industry expertise to identify growth opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver measurable results in alignment with client goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the staffing agency and healthcare clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs, provide updates, and address concerns proactively.


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, including expanding relationships with current clients and prospecting for new clients.
  • Develop and present customized staffing solutions that align with the unique needs of each healthcare client.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to design strategies for lead generation and market expansion.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes to position the company as a trusted staffing partner.


Strategic Account Growth:

  • Collaborate with existing clients to forecast workforce needs and propose innovative staffing solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet client goals and maximize revenue.
  • Introduce additional service offerings and value-added solutions to enhance client partnerships.


Operational Excellence:

  • Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, such as time-to-fill, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and client-specific requirements.


Problem-Solving & Advocacy:

  • Address escalations effectively, advocating for client and candidate success.
  • Implement feedback loops to continually improve service delivery and client satisfaction.


Reporting & Analytics:

  • Provide clients with regular updates on staffing performance metrics, workforce trends, and cost analyses.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and build trust with clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, or sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale client accounts, driving business growth, and delivering on KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting software.
