Responsibilities

• Develop and drive global press communications and social media plans
• Drive development of sales enablement materials and editorial content for global marketing campaigns
• Identify and build relationships with key reporters across verticals
• Partner with external PR teams to develop PR strategy and secure earned media placements
• Develop external communications plans for key announcements, events, or milestones
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to coordinate messaging, content and news for cross-channel execution
• Secure and manage speaking opportunities and panel appearances for key Exotec ambassadors
• Manages organic social strategy and planning, content calendar and messaging development
• Measure the effectiveness of communications/social strategies and approaches
• Travel up to 20% to attend trade shows and conferences, as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors' Degree in Marketing, Communication, English, Journalism or related field
• 4-6 years' in a Communications or Marketing role, Agency setting a plus
• Strong ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of building strong relationships with media outlets and publications
• Ability to craft complex jargon into simple streamlined stories that are compelling to the media and prospects
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience with social media management tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
