Job Title: Automotive Service Liaison
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Liaison to join our Exotic Automation & Supply team. In this role, you will assist with various aspects of our Service operations, including order management, customer support, and administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities
• Assist with all aspects of order creation and processing, including EDI's and pricing structure.
• Provide support for sales-related procedures, including sourcing, follow-up, and returned goods.
• Work with accounting to resolve account discrepancies and establish terms and conditions for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate shipments and installations for capital equipment orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with orders.
• Develop effective scheduling processes for jobs and labor.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for critical decision-making purposes.
Required Skills
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous work experience in manufacturing, construction, or automation preferred.
• Excellent customer orientation and adaptability skills.
• Moderate level PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft programs.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Organizational skills to prioritize, plan, and coordinate work activities and resources.
