As an Order Management Associate at Exotic Automation & Supply, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Service department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with order creation and processing, customer support, and administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with creating and processing orders, including inputting customer product records and pricing structures.
• Support sales-related procedures, such as sourcing, follow-up, and returned goods.
• Resolve account discrepancies and work with accounting to establish terms and conditions for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate shipments and installations for capital equipment orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with orders.
• Develop effective scheduling processes for jobs and labor.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for critical decision-making purposes.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous work experience in manufacturing, construction, or automation preferred.
• Excellent customer orientation and adaptability skills.
• Moderate level PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft programs.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work overtime when necessary.
• Organizational skills to prioritize, plan, and coordinate work activities and resources.
