Wheel Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service, including oil changes, tire service, and diagnostics. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest quality of work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire services.
• Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
• Utilize hand tools and dealership equipment effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Align vehicles as needed to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technician or similar role in an automotive environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are a plus.

Pay: $43,230.00 - $47,722.00 per year
