Exotic Snack Guys is a specialty snack store offering unique treats from 33 countries! We’re looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help create an exciting shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Provide exceptional customer service and train team members to do the same.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to maintain optimal store coverage.
• Share product knowledge and recommend snacks based on customer preferences.
• Process sales transactions using our Shopify POS system and handle cash or card payments.
• Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and track expiring items.
• Organize and maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist in adding new products to inventory and syncing them using the store laptop.
• Handle cash management, close registers, void sales, and ensure accurate daily reports.
• Create and promote mystery snack boxes to increase sales.
• Implement store policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in hiring, scheduling, and inventory management is a plus.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
