Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment while ensuring that all products are handled with care. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining inventory accuracy and cleanliness within the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize a pallet jack and RF scanner to efficiently pick and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate stock levels by regularly checking inventory and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure all picked items meet quality standards before packing for delivery.
- Clean and organize the work area to promote a safe and efficient environment.
- Assist in heavy lifting of products as needed, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries related to order fulfillment.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating a pallet jack and using an RF scanner is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse team members.
- Strong understanding of retail math to assist with inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive interactions with team members and clients.
