- Associate’s degree in accounting (Bachelor’s preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in general accounting.
- Manufacturing/cost accounting experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, SAGE, or Oracle is a plus.
