Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our organization. This position requires strong financial acumen and proficiency in accounting software, particularly to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with governmental accounting standards. The Assistant Controller will assist in managing cash flow, conducting financial analysis, and maintaining the integrity of our accounting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with experience in product-based business.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
