Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while advocating for their best interests.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in various practice areas.
- Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and formulating arguments.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and legal options.
Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Preferred experience in litigation with a focus on areas such as labor and employment law
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
- Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
