Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including CNC equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in industrial equipment.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment functionality and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in industrial settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Experience working as an industrial electrician is preferred but not required.
- Ability to detect issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
