Duties
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in screen printing, prepress, typography, and color management.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in production output.
- Coordinate workflow between departments including press operations and CNC machining.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for design oversight and project management.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in relevant areas such as forklift operation and machining techniques.
- Monitor equipment performance and facilitate maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement in production processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of screen printing processes, prepress techniques, typography, color management, and quality control practices.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery and operation is preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to guide design projects effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
