Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Property Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Education and Experience:
- Four year Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
- 5 years experience in the accounting field, with 3 years in real estate industry required
- Knowledge and experience with Yardi Voyager and MRI software is a plus
- Experience with common area maintenance expense reconciliations required
- Professional communication skills for problem solving with peers and management of all levels
- Possess excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Possess intermediate fluency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel
- Skilled at multi-tasking and able to coordinate a variety of tasks with varying degrees of complexity
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively to deadlines and multi-task in a client focused environment
- Must be detail-oriented, a team player, professional and ethical.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
