The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management skills, and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. We are a blended concept establishment. Our crew assists with our retail, wholesale, and food service duties.
Responsibilities for Crew Member:
- Welcome customers as they enter the establishment and guide them, if necessary, to where they place an order or locate desired products on our shelves
- Answer any questions customers may have
- Operate cash registers to process cash and credit card payments for orders guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requested
- Cross - Promote products by offering to upgrade items or showcasing daily specials available
- Prepare and package orders quickly and consistently according to company standards for presentation, timelines, and assembly
- Strictly adhere to current sanitation and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and orderly work station that is clear of debris and discarded food, gloves, or other items
Qualifications for Crew Member
- No experience required, but previous food handling or customer service experience appreciated
- Excellent ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services to the customer
- Knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, portion sizes, and the presence of common allergens
- Proactive attention to detail that motivates double-checking orders and making records of information when necessary
- Strong customer service skills, especially with regards to the resolution of complaints
- Willingness to adapt to different roles and job duties as the need arises
- Ability to work smoothly with a team, synchronizes processes with others to fulfill orders as quickly as possible
- Must be efficient and energetic, multitasking to complete multiple orders or switching between different types of activities
- Physical dexterity, such as the ability to wrap, cut, and chop items, a must
