We are hiring an experienced and innovative Office Manager/ Recruiting Coordinator who will serve as the operational backbone of our office while supporting our recruiting efforts and coordinating company events. This role will report to the Head of Talent & People.
- Office Management:
- Manage daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and handle general inquiries
- Assist the Controller and Executive Assistant with office budgets and processing expense reports
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Recruiting Coordination:
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate tracking system and recruitment documentation
- Prepare interview materials and assist with onboarding processes
- Support HR initiatives and employer branding activities
- Event Planning:
- Organize internal company events, team-building activities, and celebrations
- Coordinate logistics for quarterly and annual company meetings
- Manage vendor relationships for event execution
- Track event budgets and report on outcomes
- Must be based in Miami, FL with the ability to be in the office Monday through Friday
- 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles is required
- Demonstrated experience with recruiting coordination and/or HR support is required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with office software and management tools
- Experience working in a start up company is preferred
- Event planning experience preferred
