What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Customer Ambassador position at Exp. Orange County?
As an Entry Level Customer Ambassador on our team, you will be the face of our clients brands throughout the local area. As an Entry Level Customer Ambassador, you will be a part of executing direct customer outreach and assist with enrolling new customers on behalf of our clients. The ideal Entry Level Customer Ambassador will have previous experience in a customer facing retail or hospitality based role. The responsibilities and tasks of the Entry Level Customer Ambassador include : Understanding clients’ products to properly explain services and benefits to consumers and answer any questions so they get what they genuinely need Keeping a record of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules Taking initiative and demonstrating a “can-do” mindset, meeting challenges head-on no matter how difficult or stressful situations become Maintaining a positive and professional attitude and exemplifying trustworthiness and hospitality toward consumers and staff What we look for in an Entry Level Customer Ambassador : A high school diploma At least one year in a customer facing role Ability to recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge Dedicate consistent learning and training to master the craft of hospitality to increase customer experience An effective problem solver Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others Passion for increasing in-person hospitality skill set to build better relationships Excellent communications skills #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
