As a client care coordinator you will be responsible for assisting agents with all aspects of real estate.
Responsibilities
- General office duties such as answering phones, opening the office, posting and organizing mail, keeping inventory, and re-ordering supplies.
- General customer service including exceptional phone and email communication to all parties.
- Marketing, including updating websites, blogs, online listings, and social media; creating flyers, mailers, and videos, and dropping off client gifts.
- Creating and managing all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, and lead follow-up.
- Overseeing all aspects of transactions, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, including but not limited to: scheduling, pre-listing process, open houses, coordination inspections, appraisals, escrow, title, photography and showings, marketing materials, MLS input, etc., as well as updating progress notes in the company platform.
- Regularly updating and maintaining communication with clients, agents, and all involved in the transaction.
- Ensuring all paperwork is in order and turned in on time.
- Holding agents accountable for specified activities that the team leader or agents have set, such as huddles, prospecting, and lead generation commitments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience
- Must have very strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Ability to quickly learn other programs, databases, and websites
- Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Superior oral and written communication skills
Special Considerations
- Strongly prefer someone with experience in the real estate business, who is well organized and wants to learn from one of the best
- Candidate must hold current real estate license or be willing to start the course to earn one. This would allow the candidate the opportunity to work as a buyer’s or showing agent as an additional income stream outside of administrative hours. Training provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
