Be our next Architectural Intern in the Columbus Office. This position will support both Mission Critical and Commercial building projects.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Participate in the development of presentation documents and assist in design presentations to clients.
- Work in coordination with project designers, architects and project managers.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and client meetings.
- Learn to prepare construction documents under the supervision of multi-discipline project team members including architects and engineers.
- Gain on-site knowledge attending multi-disciplinary site surveys and construction progress visits.
- Meet with product vendors to learn about new products and innovations in the industry.
What your experience looks like
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Architectural Program.
- Should be enrolled in NCARB’s Architectural Experience Program (AXP).
- Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should have a working knowledge of knowledge of AutoCAD. Understanding of Revit is also a plus.
- Working knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop and other imaging and rendering software is helpful but not required.
