Your work environment at EXP
In this role, you will be a part of the Infrastructure Division, of the Mid Atlantic Sector, based in Washington, DC. The candidate will support our CM group on various infrastructure/rail/transit CMCI projects with clients such as WMATA, VRE, VDOT, DDOT, etc.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Create, edit and analyze CPM schedules using Primavera P6 Software or Microsoft Project.
- Review and provide comment on contractor prepared schedules, quantities and cost estimates
- Attend project progress and schedule meetings.
- Accurately track contractor work progress related to schedule and budget
- Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.
- Identify improvements for schedule procedures, templates and products, and refer ideas to appropriate line manager.
What your experience looks like
- BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2 years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of construction scheduling and cost estimating processes preferred.
- Familiarity with and knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs required.
- Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.
The pay range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
