Staffing Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day to day staffing process, ensuring great communication between agencies and partnering hospitals.

Duties

• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to esnure sufficient staff coverage for all shifts within a healthcare staffing facility.
• Monitors staffing needs.
• Communicates efficiently via phone, e-mail and text to provide staffing updates to agencies and facilities.
• Input shift and clinician data into the platform to ensure accuracy of shifts completed.
• May perform other administrative duies as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of agency and facility interactions and progress for follow up reference as needed.
• Complete daily shift follow up recap report

• Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be organized and have good follow through skills.
• Possessing excellent communication and written skills to effectively speak to our clients and client affiliates.
• Interpersonal skills to develop relationships with agencies and client facilities.

Requirements:

• Flexible to pick up the following alternating shifts: 1pm-9:30pm and 2:30am-11am
• Work days: Monday through Friday and alternating weekends and Holidays

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
