Job Summary
This intermediate level position operates a variety of power tools and other equipment involving physical labor on well sites in order to assist in the safe and efficient operations of the site.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Trouble shoots mechanical equipment components and flow control equipment, orders parts and schedules repairs, emergency repairs as necessary
- Ensures all processes are followed during ordering and maintenance of equipment by outside sources to meet spec and design criteria
- Works with team members to set expectations and standards for contractor performances and ensure they understand and abide by all Expand's environmental, safety and operation standards
- Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the maintenance of equipment
- Basic mechanical experience with engines. i.e. generators, air compressors
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance on engines
- Ability to maintain and follow schedules for maintenance
- Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials
- Ability to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects to equipment
- Work with planners to schedule and prioritize work
Education & Experience
Minimum: High school diploma or GED
Minimum: 2-5 years of related work experience
Additional Qualifications
Ability to possess a valid drivers licenses
Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-mile radius of the Mansfield Field Office (1970 Highway 84, Mansfield, LA 71052) to be considered for this position
